What We Build

Telecom Construction Services

Omnis Enterprises delivers FTTH, FTTU, and HDD drilling for carriers, ISPs, and developers across Texas and the Southwest — no towers, no aerial, just precision underground and fiber work.

Fiber to the home installation in residential neighborhood

01

FTTH — Fiber to the Home

Last-mile residential fiber, start to finish

We handle every phase of residential fiber deployment — route surveys, OSP conduit installation, fiber placement, splice closures, drop cable installation, and ONT termination. Every home is tested and documented before handoff.

Capabilities

  • Outside plant (OSP) design and construction
  • Underground fiber placement
  • Splice enclosure and vault installation
  • Drop cable installation to NIU/NID
  • ONT and CPE installation
  • OTDR testing and as-built documentation

02

FTTU — Fiber to the Unit

High-density MDU and multi-tenant deployments

From garden-style apartments to high-rise condos, we build in-building fiber networks that connect every unit. Our crews manage outside plant entry, riser installation, horizontal distribution, and unit-level termination for a complete, activated network.

Capabilities

  • MDU and apartment complex fiber buildouts
  • In-building riser and conduit installation
  • Horizontal distribution to each unit
  • Fiber patch panel and termination
  • ONT installation and activation support
  • Network testing and commissioning

03

HDD — Horizontal Directional Drilling

Trenchless boring with minimal surface disruption

Our HDD crews use directional boring to install conduit and cable beneath roads, highways, waterways, and developed areas without open-cut excavation. We handle bore planning, pilot bore, reaming, and conduit pullback — leaving the surface intact.

Capabilities

  • Pilot bore and reaming operations
  • HDPE conduit pullback and installation
  • Road, highway, and waterway crossings
  • Utility conflict avoidance and coordination
  • Bore logs and as-built documentation
  • Restoration and surface repair

04

Underground Conduit & Cable

Open-cut trenching and conduit placement

When open-cut is the right method, our trenching crews execute with precision — managing permitting, utility mark-out, traffic control, conduit placement, backfill, and full surface restoration. We leave every site cleaner than we found it.

Capabilities

  • Open-cut trenching and conduit placement
  • Utility coordination and mark-out
  • Traffic control and lane closure management
  • Conduit bank and duct installation
  • Backfill, compaction, and surface restoration
  • Permit management and inspection coordination

Fiber Splicing & Testing

Precision fusion splicing and OTDR certification

Our certified splicers perform fusion splicing on single-mode and multimode fiber in all environments — aerial, underground, and in-building. Every splice is OTDR-tested and documented to carrier standards, with full test reports provided at project close.

Capabilities

  • Single-mode and multimode fusion splicing
  • OTDR testing and loss certification
  • Splice enclosure and tray management
  • Emergency splice repair and restoration
  • Fiber characterization and acceptance testing
  • Test report documentation and delivery

How We Work

From Scope to Commissioning

01

Project Scoping

We review your requirements, conduct site surveys, and develop a detailed scope with accurate cost and schedule estimates.

02

Permitting & Coordination

Our team manages all city permits, utility coordination, and regulatory filings to keep your project on schedule.

03

Field Execution

Certified crews execute to spec with daily reporting, quality checkpoints, and safety compliance at every stage.

04

Testing & Handoff
