Omnis Enterprises LLC is a San Antonio-based telecom construction company founded by Gabriel Leija. We specialize in FTTH, FTTU, and HDD drilling for carriers, ISPs, and developers across Texas and the Southwest.

Omnis Enterprises was founded with a straightforward belief: telecom construction should be done right the first time. No shortcuts, no callbacks, no excuses. That standard has driven every project we've taken on since day one.
We started as a crew that knew how to build fiber — and we've grown into a full-service telecom contractor trusted by carriers, ISPs, and municipalities across Texas. Our work spans last-mile residential deployments, high-density MDU buildouts, and complex HDD crossings beneath highways and waterways.

Gabriel Leija
Founder & Principal
Gabriel Leija founded Omnis Enterprises after more than a decade working in telecom construction — starting in the field and working up through project management and operations. He built the company around the principle that the best contractors are the ones who've done the work themselves.
Under his leadership, Omnis has grown from a small local crew to a trusted contractor for regional carriers and national ISPs, completing over 600 projects across Texas and the Southwest. Gabriel remains hands-on — involved in project scoping, quality oversight, and client relationships on every major job.
